These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of Maiori and the Customer regarding the sale of Products on www.maiori.com

The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs before placing any order.
1. Website Ownership

is owned by MD Studio Limited, with its registered office at:

2. Definitions
- “Website”: www.maiori.com
- or any other website address.
- “Product”: any item offered for sale on the Website.
- “Customer”: any adult using the Website to purchase one or more Products for personal use.
- “Order”: any order placed by the Customer on the Website.
- “Parties”: Maiori and the Customer.
3. Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the online sale of Products. The Customer accepts these T&Cs by placing an order.
4. Creating an Account
4.1 Creation and Access
The Customer must create an account to place an order and choose a username and password.
The Customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
The Customer declares that all information provided is complete and accurate.
Any misleading information may result in the termination of the account and order.
4.3 Personal Data
The Customer may request access to or correction of their personal data.
Maiori is not responsible for errors in data provided by the Customer.
5. Placing an Order
5.1 Shopping Cart
Products can be added, modified, or removed until the final confirmation of the Order.
5.2 Submission and Validation
The Customer confirms their order by:
- Completing the requested information,
- Accepting the T&Cs,
- Validating the payment.
6. Order Confirmation
A confirmation email summarizing the order details will be sent to the Customer.
The contract is effective upon receipt of this email and after payment.
Prices are guaranteed at the time of order, subject to available stock.
In case of unavailability, the Customer may accept a similar Product or be refunded within 30 days.
7. Prices and Delivery Fees
Prices are indicated in USD / EUR excluding taxes and delivery fees.
Delivery fees are specified before payment.
Customs duties, VAT, or other taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
Maiori may adjust prices before order confirmation if an error is detected.
8. Payment
Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and PayPal.
Payments are irrevocable after validation.
Security: SSL encryption to protect sensitive information.
In case of non-payment, Maiori may request the return of Products at the Customer’s expense.
9. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
Proof of delivery: slip signed by the Customer.
Customer absence: the carrier may leave a notice or return the package to Maiori.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
The Customer must check the contents and condition of the Product upon receipt.
10. Compliance and Warranty
Products comply with descriptions on the Website, minor differences may exist.
Warranty: 2 years from the date of purchase (excluding damage due to misuse).
Returns for non-compliant or defective products follow the procedure in Article 11.
11. Cancellations and Returns
Legal withdrawal period: 14 days from the day after receipt.
Refund: Product amount + shipping costs (excluding return fees). Damaged or defective Products: return costs covered by
