Maiori Limited Warranty

Period

If a defect is documented within 2 years from the original invoice date, the product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Warranty Conditions

The Maiori warranty applies only to products used as intended.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
• Damage occurring during shipping.
• Failure to follow usage or maintenance instructions.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

Specific Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from insufficient maintenance or failure to follow instructions for receiving, assembling, using, maintaining, or storing the product.
• General wear, natural discoloration of materials, or scratches/abrasions on wood or finishes.
• Corrosion of parts caused by use in confined or chlorinated environments.
• Changes in the visual appearance of wood due to natural aging.

Note on Finishes

Finishes are not covered for the full 2-year period, as the lifespan of the product is greatly affected by care and the environment in which it is placed.
